Description
Cross between a Yellow Transparent and a Montgomery. Greenish yellow. Similar in taste to the yellow transparent, but larger.Though they are delicious, does not stay fresh for very long. Can be sliced and frozen in order to extend the harvest. They have a soft, creamy flesh that s perfect for pies and applesauce.
