Description

Firm, 11-in., celery-like cylindrical heads with sweet, tangy, delicious flavor, more delicate than Bok Choi below or regular cabbage. Head is tight, crinkly and light green with prominent ribs. Interior leaves are light yellow. Essential in Asian stir fry and wraps.
