Description
Just like the traditional Jalapeno with 3 inch fruit but red in color when ripe. The peppers emerge a deep green with the purple tone quickly saturating the skin and eventually ripening to blood red. Plants have a long harvest period. Also good for pickling, drying, roasting and stuffing. Can also be frozen for later use.
