Description
In 2007, this chili pepper was officially recorded in the Guiness Book of World Records as the World's Hottest Pepper, measuring over 1 million Scoville heat units. Orange-red in color, grows 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 inches long at maturity. Eat with extreme caution and keep away from eyes! 400 times hotter than tobasco sauce. The antidote: Sour cream.
