Description
Large and diverse group of hardy and tender perennials, annuals, and herbs. Fairly drought tolerant. Bright tubular flowers form whorled spikes. Foliage is usually aromatic. Blooms in summer. Two-lipped flowers grow in loose, spike-like clusters on upright, branching stems.
