How to water flower baskets:

Turn hose on low. Fill with water until the pot overflows. Water should go over the top of the pot, not just out of the drain hole in the bottom. Wait. 

Repeat. Wait.

Repeat. Wait. 

Mix one teaspoon of Fertilome Rooting and Blooming with a gallon of water. Add a few cups to the plant.
